We found Martha October/ November of 2019 when our properties are in deep trouble due to fraud and bankruptcy from our previous property manager. We are at a point that we want to sell our properties in Jacksonville and get out of the market. But Martha turned around completely and got our 3 properties (Riviera Manor Apartments, Casa Grande Apartments and Elm Tree at Hyde Park) are at close to 100% occupancy within 6 months and rents are more than our projected pro forma rents.
