Martha began her journey in the field of property management nearly twenty years ago, working in Puerto Rico and Florida. Her dream of establishing her own property management company finally came true when she founded North Florida Property Solutions (NFPS) in 2019.

Through unwavering dedication and exceptional service to our initial clients, word quickly spread about NFPS, leading to rapid team expansion. Our shared goal is to provide outstanding client service by offering top-quality property management solutions as part of Optivo Group LLC. Martha, a highly dedicated and hands-on leader with over two decades of experience in property management, leads the way by delivering professional services to clients across Texas, Florida, and Oklahoma. These services encompass renovation management and contract services.

Apart from her achievements within the industry itself, Martha has an impressive record of supporting initiatives that empower women. She has sponsored the Pink Round Table podcast which aims to uplift women and create positive transformations in their lives.
