This property struggled with low rent, exterior cosmetic issues, and security. We gave this property a facelift by adding new security cameras, better landscaping, and fresh paint which in turn allowed us to maximize the entire property’s potential.

Seaboard Oaks Apartments

Another property located in Jacksonville, FL, Seaboard Oaks has stylish interiors, a washer and dryer hookup in every unit, and apartments have private entrances as well as a private parking lot. This property had low occupancy but with a few tweaks like better lighting and landscaping, we were able to turn those vacancies into occupancies.

Castille Court Apartments

Castille Court is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. This property is far from expensive and offers its tenants everything they need. This property needed help with its amenities as they were in bad shape. Once we fixed up the pool and other laundry room appliances, revenue increased and so did tenant satisfaction.

Lakeside Apartments

This waterfront property in Brownsville, TX is set in a large open space along a beautiful lake. This property was struggling with revenue as the rental rates were below market value. Under our management, we made some light improvements and introduced some small fees to maximize revenue for the property owner.

Oxford Hall Apartments

This family-friendly property is in a quiet neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL close to parks and schools. The amenities at this property were underutilized so we rehabbed some of the units and improved the amenities which in turn increased the revenue.

Radcliff Court Apartments

Radcliff Court is a beautifully landscaped rental community offering two-bedroom California style patio apartments featuring private entrances, enclosed patios, and vaulted ceilings in all rooms. Prior to our management, this property had units that offered government assistance and the rental rates were below market value. We removed tenants from the government program and imposed new fees. Some light exterior renovations were completed too so more revenue could be generated.
